Our Company
Viamonte is operated by Viamonte Investment Group LLC, Dorrego Investments Group LLC and Ocampo Investments Group LLC. Our corporate group was founded at the beginning of the decade by an immigrant and serial entrepreneur. It was created out of his vision and Real Estate experience, both of which continue to drive the company into the future. Viamonte is managed by a new and younger generation of directors, who invested in that vision.
For many years, Viamonte has grown from the management of few single homes, to the full-service, management, and maintenance company that it is today, with a portfolio of over 430 units, consisting of more than 450,000 square feet of residential and commercial space, in Chicago-area and many other cities in Illinois.

Since the company’s debut, Viamonte has employed consulting services to evaluate, design and to help implement the best property management organization in the industry. Consultant companies carefully examined, selected and helped actualize the information system, the management software, and the overall operational infrastructure that has enabled Viamonte to works on improving customer service and business standards.
Viamonte operates units under highest standards of transparency in dealing with our clients, our residents, our vendors and each other. Many of our employees have been with us for years, and still many have been members of our team since the company incorporation. Viamonte was founded on the understanding that providing a productive and overall positive atmosphere for its employees is the key to operating a successful customer service business.
We put together a team of Property Manager, Leasing Agents, Accountants and Assistant, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Technical Crew, and many more, to provide a great customer service, account management, repairs and emergency service.
